How the coaching works

Strong element of contact for those students who demonstrate the readiness and ability to fight which will
develop the student further.

• Introduction to technical boxing, conditioning and open sparring

• Sessions are run by qualified boxing coaches

• Advanced sessions involve padwork / sparring sessions

• Club on club sparring sessions

• Structured fitness sessions

• Suggested diet & nutritional advice

*All students will need to consent to sparring and will need medical clearance
